•Your health insurance card or certificate of coverage
•Any relevant medical documents (prescriptions, medical reports, health records)
•If possible, a list of the medications you are currently taking

Waiting times depend on how severe your condition is and how busy the emergency center is. Patients are managed after a 1st nursing assessment based on medical priority and not just on the order of arrival. We are doing our best to reduce waiting times and to ensure prompt management of emergency cases.
You can view the Medigo app at any time, which informs you of the waiting times at the various Emergency Centers in the Lausanne region.

You can go to the Paediatric Emergency Center if your child needs a consultation following a trauma, a domestic accident (wound, burn) or any other health problem in the absence of your paediatrician.
Medical monitoring may be arranged during the Center’s opening hours.
If the care is beyond our capabilities, your child may be transferred to a local hospital for further treatment.
No, however, if you do not have a paediatrician or in the absence of your paediatrician, you can book an appointment online via OneDoc with a paediatrician at the Vidymed Group Paediatric Outpatient Centre (USAP).
Our Centers have a simple radiology service. For additional investigations (MRI, CT SCAN, US), your child will be referred to a medical imaging center.
If you are visiting the emergency center, please remember to bring with you your child's formula, a snack and a complete change.
If your child has an inhaler spacer and visits the Emergency Center for a breathing problem, it is advisable to bring his/her spacer with you so you do not have to pay for one unnecessarily.
The Emergency Center paediatrician will prepare a consultation report for your paediatrician so that he/she can ensure the continuation of your care. This report will be invoiced according to the applicable pricing agreements. If you do not want a medical report to be submitted, please let us know.
