Le Centre médical de La Source, certifié Centre de formation par l'IFSM (Institut de formation suisse en médecine), s’engage activement dans la formation des médecins assistants. Cette mission reflète notre volonté de contribuer au développement des compétences médicales de demain et de favoriser l'excellence dans les soins prodigués à nos patient-es.
Au sein du Groupe, la formation des médecins assistants se déroule dans un cadre stimulant, réparti entre :
- Les Centres d’urgences
- Certains Cabinets médicaux indépendants
Nos équipes encadrantes assurent un suivi personnalisé tout au long du parcours de formation.

Les candidatures pour les postes de médecin assistant-e au sein de notre Groupe se font directement par l’intermédiaire des Universités. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de votre faculté de médecine pour connaître les modalités de postulation.

Within the Group, the training of physician assistants takes place in a stimulating environment, divided between:

Symposia for Paediatricians
A monthly appointment for paediatricians
Our paediatric symposia are organised approximately once a month, according to an established schedule. These meetings allow paediatricians to deepen their knowledge and discuss various topics depending on the speakers and their specialities.
Free Access and Official Recognition
This training is entirely free and open to all paediatricians working in Switzerland. A few days before each symposium, an online login link is sent to the professionals via email.
Our symposia are recognised by the Swiss Society of Paediatrics as part of continuing education. Each participation allows you to obtain 2 training credits and results in the issue of an official certificate.
